End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Analyze.Agency LLC ("Licensor") for the use of Screenshot Whiteboard App ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• • Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• • Use the Software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• • Create and distribute screenshots and content created with the Software

License Restrictions

You shall not:

• • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
• • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
• • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Analyze.Agency retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
